I wanted them to do a patio cover demo because I thought my patio cover was not connected to the stucco on the wall correctly, (spoiler alert, there were indeed holes behind the beam that connected the cover to to house, so that was the prob) but then he said he could not only do that, but also to fix the stucco once he removed it, oh and I found out he has a roofer and I needed a roof repair done so he combined in all of the work. Let's put it this way. It was cheaper to use his services to do the demo, stucco fix/waterproofing AND the roof repair than it was to do JUST the roof repair that I was quoted from a roofing only company. Awesome value!

I used this company twice for demo work I needed done. First was for a kitchen and second time was for exterior concrete removal. I have been happy with the jobs both times and can always count on this crew to be clean and efficient each time. Will use them for all my demo needs and highly recommend them for any jobs you might have in the future

Danny was a real pro. Every step of the process was exceptional. The bid response was very quick and responsibly priced. He and his crew showed up on time and worked there behinds off to accomplish the task in one day. Cleaned up and hauled off everything i requested. I have a background in construction and i was impressed. Danny also recommended other professionals to assist my projrct in the next remodel phases. Hard working pros know other like minded pros. Networking is successful with the right circle of workers. The scope of my job was to demo an entire kitchen and partial family room. All cabinets, wood paneling, wall removal, 500 sq ft of floor tile and some furniture. Danny and his crew did a wonderful job and made it ready to begin remodel. I would absolutely hire him again. And definatley recommend his services and advice. Thanks guys.
