About
As a camera shy person I know how awkward it can feel on the other side of the lens!! Even the most (self proclaimed) "un-photogenic" persons have been amazed of not just how relaxed and fun their session was, but most importantly how amazing their images turned out. That is something I am extremely proud of! People! There's something magical in the tiny little expression that people make. I love the experience off "catching" those moments and freezing them in a click of a button. (Ahhh - just talking about it feel soo good inside!) And it never gets old, because everyone in front of the lens has their own unique beauty and personality!

Extremely professional and talented! She went above and beyond to produce my shoot/photos the way I wanted. Photos are incredible, she knows her craft. Natural lighting was gorgeous and composition was on pint.

The Service that Artistic Eye provided was excellent. They were very professional and helpful on our wedding day. I highly recommend using this photographer. They were able to take a plentiful amount of pictures in such a short time and they all came back gorgeous.

I'm thrilled Noemy found me on thumbtack. She was very attentive and we were able to finalize details quickly. Noemy produced beautiful imagery for our maternity photo shoot in La Quinta!! Even though we had a cold and just-rained afternoon, we appreciated her techniques to capture us in glow lighting and after the sun set behind the mountains. She used the beauty of the resort perfectly, and her timing of the shots was wonderful. She combined close ups, wider angle and landscape positions. Thank you for a great experience!

My husband and I can not say enough about Noemy and Cory. They did our engagement photos, which turned out great! My husband and I are not models and they made us feel comfortable with the different poses they asked us to do and made the photos look natural. Our photos from the wedding were spectacular as well. We loved the way they captured everything we asked them to, and even more. Noemy listened to everything we wanted and we could not have asked for a better photographer. We will definitely be using her services again in the future.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Art background with painting and drawing. Regular training through organizations like WPPI - "Wedding and Portrait Photographers International ".

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I always had a camera with me as kid. Not so much as a passion for photography itself, but because even as a kid I could sense how fleeting life can be. Family and friends were always so important to me and I wanted to be able to look back and hold treasured moments in my life and maybe even share them with others. Later on in my teens and early adulthood I would find myself getting annoyed at all the special candid moments that my friends'/family's wedding photographer would miss, so I as a guest I documented/photographed their day from my perspective & then gift the bride & groom copies of the images. I started to get comments from the brides, grooms, their friends, and family of how much they preferred my images over their hired "professional". At the time I was pursuing a fine arts degree, so I didn't take the plunge of pursuing photography as business until after my own wedding. Again sadly many missed images that I can never get back. With another nudge from my loving husband he finally gave me the boost to make a shift in my craft and switch to photography as my main art form! Now I am happily providing photography services in a variety of capacities, but mostly focus on portraiture and weddings! I can truly say that I LOVE my job!!
