Introduction
Hi! My name is Sebastian. I am Sports Nutrition Certified and I provide custom evidence-based nutrition plans along with workouts conducive to your goals and your physique. I'm not like others that promise you amazing results in a few weeks or couple months. I understand that attaining and SUSTAINING a great physique takes time. That is why I offer a month-to-month and a 12-month package. I include excel spreadsheets, constant contact with me via text/call/email, and results! There are always going to be plateaus, but what makes the difference is how you handle the plateau. I don't have some template that I copy and paste to every single client and hope for the best, and say that if you aren't getting results then it's your fault. I make individualized plans tailored specifically towards your own goal and needs. I also help educate you so that way eventually you will not need my help. If you are not learning, then I am not doing my job. There are too many fad diets, trendy supplements, old school myths and dogmas that people follow and buy into, but are totally unnecessary. A little bit about me: I started my fitness journey in 2009 after becoming overweight at 5'2" weighing in at 175lbs! After piecing together bits of information from all over the place, I lost 50 pounds and got myself down to 125lbs. I was far from impressive though. Instead of fluffy, now I was scrawny and addicted to losing weight. Over the course of a few years, I can now say I have a physique that I am proud of. I am far from "finished" and there is always room for improvement. But I understand both sides of the spectrum. Do the other coaches you've come across know what it's like being fat? How about skinny? I was both. I know how you feel, and I know what it takes. I have also been an amatuer muay thai fighter, a cardio boxing instructor, and a certified personal trainer. I've competed in two bodybuilding competitions. My most recent I weighed in as a bantamweight, but competed in the lightweight division (heavier weight class), and placed 3rd. I also provide contest prep. I offer month-to-month contest prep that also includes help with posing and the reverse dieting phase post competition. I love to help educate you so that way eventually you will not need my help. If you are not learning, then I am not doing my job. I love spreading the useful information and trying to dispel the wrong information getting recycled in this industry. I share tips on our instagram, make sure to check it out! vvvvvvv

My experience with HTS Fitness has been excellent! Sebastian is always available to speak with to answer any questions and always happy to assist. He's very knowledgeable with fitness and nutrition and has been very motivational through three process. I am very pleased with the service and the progress that I am provided with. It's been about 7 weeks since I started and I couldn't be happier with my progress. Sebastian is always available and checks in with me regularly. I am a Crossfit guy and have seen my performance improve, loss of body fat and increase in lean muscle. Exactly what I was looking for.

I worked with Sebastian and he was and still is absolutely amazing! He was very responsive at all times and knows his stuff. I wanted a coach to get me ready for my first ever men’s physique show. I’ve never done one and I was a bit heavy. He got me from 210lbs to 187lbs in a matter of 5 months! I placed 5th place. He is a miracle worker with so much energy and knowledge and he is extremely positive and knows how to keep you motivated. I will continue to have him as my coach for as long as I want to stay in shape. Thanks for being awesome man!

5/5 stars. I started my journey into fitness and living a healthier lifestyle around the first week of August. At the time i knew that its been way too long since I've been active physically and that the burgers are starting to pile up on the scale. I signed up at the closest gym but having little to no knowledge about what exercises to do or what and how much i should eat didn't help. Wanting to lose weight and scared to gain more resulted into me just eating salad everyday. Going into the gym not knowing what i should be doing left me bored and i ended up timing myself for how long I've been in the gym. I felt discouraged after seeing not so great results and feeling crappy for just eating salad everyday. Then came Sebastian who was referred to by a friend as i was on the verge of quitting the gym. Really nice stand up guy who's easy going and knowledgeable. He gave me detailed input on whats wrong on my diet and my activities at the time and offered a meal plan along with a training routine customized for me. I was skeptical at first but i figured why not? i have piled up a bit of weight and it wouldn't hurt if i had someone lead me the way on how to do it properly this time around. Fast forward a few weeks later after i settled in with the meal plan and the training program. I felt great, i was eating right and feeling more and more motivated going to the gym. My diet is flexible and i don't have to eat just salad anymore. My training program pushes me every time i'm at the gym and i continue to get stronger every week. I felt even more motivated as I see my progress each week as i do my weekly check-ins. That was 3 months ago and since then I've lost 42lbs. (and counting) and have no plans whatsoever of stopping. Very thankful for Sebastian for showing me the right way this time around couldn't have done it without his help.
