Thee Handyman Services truly is THEE BEST HANDYMAN SERVICES! Giovanni did an amazing job with our home and yard projects. We were very impressed with the way the work was done in an efficient, professional, and timely manner. Giovanni was a pleasure to work with, always pleasant, punctual, and responsive. Giovanni is conscientious and we admired his dedication to always do his very best work. Among other projects, Giovanni and his excellent team installed a beautiful new solid mahogany door for us, after first cutting it to the correct size, staining, and sealing it. He installed hardware, then painted our fence, and also replaced wood on the fascia and painted it. I showed Giovanni a photo of a decorative wood cover I wanted for the large HVAC unit on my patio and he built it to look exactly like the design in the photo (actually better because he suggested some design modifications for better weatherproofing). Giovanni's prices are fair and we feel he and his team are honest and trustworthy. We were very satisfied with the work Giovanni and his team did and we highly recommend them!

My experience with handyman services was great. The bathroom that they remodeled came out excellent. They converted an old cast iron bathtub into a stand up shower and a single vanity into a double vanity. Redid the dry wall and tiled the floors. They went above and beyond what i expected. I will definitely use them again.

Our Company Pricing is based off of Project size, Difficulty and Location. We Currently have an hourly rate and fixed rates available. For Property management Companies, we do offer Monthly Contract pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical Process Would be Gathering as much information regarding project (incl. Clients Wants, Budget, Deadlines, Pictures, Design etc.) followed up by drafting up a contractual agreement for the scope of work. finished by deciding what the best start date.

Union Trained and educated Journeyman. Career highlights would be building the Los Angeles RAMS Football "SoFi Stadium" and helping build the world's Biggest Super Structure "ConRac" in LAX Airport. with over 40 years of combined experience and 25+ Verifiable Construction Related Certifications.
