The two men are professional. They moved two mattresses from one room to another and a king size heavy mattress was moved up the stairs to the bedroom. They responded right away and came the same day.

Contacted on Monday afternoon about a small junk-removal project (mostly several pieces of ply and scrap wood that have been sitting in my side yard getting weather damaged for months). Received an immediate response, with availability the next morning. Time window started as 7am-9am, but turned into 9am-11am on the day-of due to some scheduling confusion. Arrived without a truck, again I believe due to scheduling confusion, but he was able to make it happen by cutting down the larger pieces and fitting them all in the back of his compact sedan... major CAN-DO attitude! Swept and cleaned up after himself, and price charged was price quoted. Thank you for taking care of my project!

I rarely get bad service and ts even more rare that i post a negative rating. However i booked this company to help my sister move a couch and loveseat from Whittier to Pico Rivera. It originated for 8am Saturday. I should have seen the red flag when i was asked for 1hr and 15min pushback "to accomodate the crew". My sister waited and wauted. At 10am the company lets me know that they made a wrong turn and had to cancel the job. This is totally unprofessional. I have used various services from Thumbtack for other projects but i feel horrible for keeping my sister waiting. That is unacceptable. So I give Gone in a Haul A BIG ZERO
