- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 10% discount to all veterans and first responders. There are no hidden costs, we are upfront and honest in regards to our prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come to your home during your scheduled appointment. We will inspect your HVAC system and properly diagnosis the problem. We will share our diagnosis with the homeowner, what needs to be repaired, and proceed as our customer requests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
David completed a five-year apprenticeship training program through local UA 342. He has been in the business for over 12 years.
