Introduction: I have master of science degree with physics major. During my long career as optical engineer (about 35 years), I managed numerous companies' interns helping them get their bachelor degree in physical electronics, computer science, etc. I worked individually with each intern training them in math, physics, optical science and special discipline such as optical system, modeling and so on. I trained each intern during six to seven months. I also have given a lot of private tutoring in small group of students (four to five persons) as well as individual training. I helped K-12 and college students with math, physics, science (high school level). I have a lot of methodical materials that I prepared myself. To create this material, I used the different sources like the Internet, material for SAT preparation, specific samples of the problems that was given on math, physics Olympiads. I also created the methodical training materials for tutoring the children ages five and higher. I'm a very patient person, and I trained my own daughter successfully within 15 years! I enjoying working with kids and students. Each time, it's the miracle for me to watch how their brains wake up! How the expression in their eyes changed when they finally realized what is behind the numbers, fractions and math textbook! Ludmila Golyanskaya
