- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lay Responder's Course Pricing - Prices are based on the number of students indicated in your request. 1-4 students $95 pp, 5-7 students $90 pp, 8-10 students is $95 pp. Professional Rescuers/Health Care Providers Pricing - Prices are based on the number of students indicated in your request. 1-4 students $95 pp, 5-7 students $90 pp, 8-10 students is $85 pp. The First Aid module is $85 pp if required and cannot be taken as a stand-alone course. **To maintain a healthy environment for all during the CoVid pandemic all classes are blended learning to limit exposure time for all. The instructor is vaccinated and reserves the right to cancel if the student appears ill or reports symptoms consistent with covid 19. Blended Learning option is available for private students. Please ask.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first discuss your needs and group size to determine the type of class that best fits your group. Then we will schedule your class to fit your schedule. Payment is due at the time you book your class.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly looking for new courses to take to further my education in this field and to be able to share with others. In that vein I am studying to become a nurse.
