I found Lynette and her team at a bridal expo. I quickly became intrigued by their fantastic prices and decided to schedule a trial session. Lynette was always readily available to me even when she was sick and I appreciate her for that a true professional. She was on time for our trial session and did a good job. On wedding day two ladies arrived on time to start working their magic and man did they do an spectacular job. I loved everything and everything stayed in place the whole night from 10am to 3am which is when I got to my hotel to undo my hair and it will still on super tight. Thank you Lynette and thanks to your team for doing an amazing job on such an important day of my life.

Lynette did an amazing job on my hair and makeup for my senior pictures. I wanted a more natural look and she did it perfectly! She knew exactly how to accentuate my features for the camera. It was an over all great experience.

Lynette is very accommodating and makes the client the number one priority. She will do trial runs and encourages feedback. I told her things I wants to adjust for my wedding day and she took everything to heart and even practiced what I wanted on her own time. My make up could not have been more perfect for my wedding day. I would highly recommend her for weddings, dances ect. She won't disappoint you. Thanks again Lynette!

The TravLyn Beauty team (Lynette for my makeup and Lea for my hair) was awesome! They traveled to my house (how convenient!) and came prepared with all of the tools they needed to work their magic. About a week before, they both asked for pictures to get an idea of my vision and to practice in case I wanted anything they hadn't done before. They were so thorough and really put in the effort to make my hair and skin look fresh and beautiful. They made me feel really confident about how smoothly everything will go on my actual wedding day as well. Not to mention, they are very affordable! 5 stars TravLyn Beauty! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If a wedding service is requested, a trial is highly recommended. Should you chose to hire me for the wedding date, a contract will be discussed during trial appointment explaining all charges for any additional faces such as bridesmaids, flower girls, mother's of bride/groom, grandmothers,...etc. Do not hesitate to contact me if you would like a quote. My flat fee pricing is very competitive. ;)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to start correspondence via phone to obtain information needed to schedule a trial. The client will then text me hair/makeup ideas for our appointment. I would travel to the client for the trial appointment and get to know the client a little more, I would also travel to the client for the day of the event. By that time, I usually feel like one of the ladies in the family.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone on my Glam Team is either licensed cosmetologists and certified makeup artists. Continuing education is key for a makeup artist and hairstylist. You can never get enough. Even if you've taken a class several months ago, doing it again won't hurt. It helps you to keep up on the proper technique, application and trends.
