Working with Diane as our day of wedding coordinator really allowed us to not worry about things. Diane was super responsive in the lead up to the wedding, was super helpful with planning and allowed us to be stress free on our special day. We would highly recommend.

Dianne was so amazing. My wedding would not have been what it was without her. Her and her team set up our decor, made sure everything happened in a timely manner, and made sure my husband and I were ok and fed and hydrated. She was so responsive to all the questions I had leading up to the wedding, created a perfect timeline, and was overall just really supportive and professional. I could not recommend her enough!

Amazing service! Highly recommend! From the day that we hired her until the end of the wedding, Dianne played a huge role in our wedding and it would not have been executed nearly as well without her and Natasha. I had absolutely no logistical or coordination issues to stress about (or even think about) the day of the wedding as Dianne was always two steps ahead. I cannot say enough positive things about her work. I very highly recommend working with At Last Event Planning, and if planning a wedding in the SFV area, hire Dianne V! We loved working with her and would absolutely recommend her to any couples getting married.

I hired Dianne as my day of wedding coordinator along with her assistant Natasha. Dianne was always very easy to get in touch with and went above and beyond to make my wedding day a fairytale. There was allot they had to set up within a 2 hour period of time before the reception and she nailed everything perfectly. I highly recommend her!

This is the best service we hired for the wedding! I would recommend hiring them for wedding planning or for a day of coordinator like we did. Dianne and Megan handled all of the emergencies that came up the day of the wedding and there are always a few like calling Bevmo and handling when the keg didn't work, figuring out how to get into the brides room where the flowers were when she lost her key and was out taking her photos, going to the store to pick up a few missed items, making sure wedding party was taken care of, literally pulling out safety pins and scissors from her pockets when needed, setting up the candy buffet service and refilling it, and I could go on and on. My son's vision for his wedding was executed because of this service. Seeing the smiles on the bride and grooms face is so worth paying for this service. I would recommend them to anyone and am proud to call them my newest friends. BIG WOW service providers! Can't recommend them enough!

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    In 2005 I got engaged and loved every part of planning our wedding! Right after our wedding in 2007, my sister also got married and I helped her plan and decorate her wedding, a month later exactly my father got re-married, I helped plan and decorate that one as well! All the three weddings were within 4 months of each other, we were one busy family! I loved every aspect of the whole wedding process if it was for myself, my family, my friends, or clients. I decided that wedding planning was the best route for me to go, enjoying every minute of it!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Our most recent jobs have been day of coordination for weddings. We've also helped with the decor elements for some of those weddings, from helping find a cake decorator, to finding a photographer that is a perfect fit.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    I would look around, and get quotes from everyone you can find. Just because someone is expensive doesn't always make them a good match for your event, the same goes for someone that's rates are cheap. You need to find someone willing to work with you, who listens to your ideas and helps you make your day perfect without breaking the bank.
