I contacted several pros and I made the right choice with this one. They were very responsive, listened to what I needed and provided very helpful advice. They took my space and instead of trying to upsell me, they elevated what I had and worked within my budget. The work was very professional and it was done in less time than what was originally planned. I had to fix damage in my bathroom which included new tile, plumbing, drywall repair, paint, as well as repairs to the garage ceiling and walls. They did an excellent job re tiling my bathroom, the paint job was done well and the garage looks great. The only thing I would say is that the price does change if an issue is found while the work is being done, but they are really good about telling you first and getting your authorization before they continue. I would recommend when that happens, updating the written contract to include the changes in cost so that there isn’t any confusion when the work is done. I would absolutely hire them again.

We keep our pricing within the range of what our customers think that the project will cost. Material prices varies from time to time but our labor rate will remain the same.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we get the lead we start our conversation with the customer and then schedule a visit to see the type of work they are looking for. We take measurements and give advices then will send them our proposal within 1-2 days
