I hired Troy to install my bathroom vanity after the guy I originally hired had to reschedule until the next week. I was in a pinch because I had already planned my move and needed it installed immediately. Troy came the next day and installed is quickly and it looks beautiful. He also came back the next day to install some piping that needed to be readjusted. Troy seems to know his stuff and is polite. I would hire him again.

Troy solved an electrical problem and a leak problem in a matter of minutes. He then diagnosed two problems in the bathrooms, one with a shower door and one with a clog in a different shower. He returned to repair the clog the following week and ordered the needed part for the shower door. The shower door part was on back order, but Troy returned to repair the shower door when it finally arrived. Troy was very skilled with his work and easy to work with, always polite and cheerful. We found him to be very trustworthy and honest.

Troy Coleman - He was impressive, a real professional and very knowledgeable in many areas. More than that, he is honest, helpful, and a really nice man. I needed urgent repairs on my garage door. He responded first, very prompt. From the initial great impression on the phone, to the visit and repairs the next day to my garage door, he was very helpful! Troy did a fabulous job! He didn't overcharge and try to convince me that I needed a bunch of expensive and unnecessary repairs that I couldn't afford! I wish I would have used Thumbtack first and got Troy, because the previous day I had to pay $50 to Precision, who are garage door specialists that did nothing but provide an outrageous quote of $400 and did nothing! I sent them walking! Troy fixed the main problem so that it worked in only a few minutes! He knew what he was doing! Though parts realistically do need to be replaced soon, he provided a safe fix and then we had options, which we could do in our own time and budget. In fact, he was so honest he gave me lots of sound advice as to how I can get the best deal on parts and labor, and he was thorough and patient to explain everything that needed to be done presently and what was needing attention soon, but could honestly wait. Also, because he has so many skills, I was also able to get quotes from him for other repairs and remodeling, on the spot, same day! and reasonable! This is the type of contractor you always HOPE you will get! Strongly suggest you use him on your projects!
