Ivan was the first handyman to contact me. He came out to my home on a Sunday to give me a quote. He even arrived early which never happens in this industry. I was happy about that due to my days off are only Sat and Sun. Rates were fair and reasonable. He does excellent work and very professional.

Ivan trimmed two doors to fit thresholds. This was a small job, however, he was neat, pleasant, on time and very professional. The work he performed was to perfection. I will be needing his services in the future as I have a rental property to be maintained. I am very pleased with him. Thank you!

Mr. Garcia did a great job installing baseboard in our house. It was well done as well as quickly done. He was very polite and easy to communicate with.
