Ivan arrived this morning at our agreed upon time. His lovely wife came too and assisted him throughout the projects I requested. He did a great job and I'm very happy. There was an issue with the toilet not fitting under the countertop but after a discussion I decided to have him remove the countertop and I'm going to purchase a new vanity that he is going to install for me. He removed a large mirror from above the old vanity and I am curious how we are going to make the wall look nice now that the glue strips show up from that old mirror. I'm sure he'll figure something out. He has also agreed to help me with other projects I have AND to put together some outdoor Christmas decorations for me and hopefully hang some Christmas lights too. Thanks for everything!

So here were my tasks for Ivan. Clean dryer vent, fix door that was scrapping against the step, tighten kitchen tap, fix leaking toilet, and shore up part of a fence that was damaged during the winter. All this was done quickly and efficiently. My new task is to develop another list so that Ivan can come back!! NK
