- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For clients that more than 15 miles away I charge a travel fee, and groups of 5 and over I charge hourly. I have an option of charging per pattern for smaller groups.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically try and figure out what exactly my customer is looking for. I like to get as much clarity as possible to make the entire process easy for us both. Then I share ideas (if customer is open to them), then we will move forward in the booking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5+ years in doing henna for clients and over 10 years experience working with henna for personal use.
