What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the size, scope, and details of each project. After discussing the job and evaluating the site, we provide a clear proposal that outlines the scope of work, labor, materials, and any additional costs such as hauling, rentals, or special-order items. We always do our best to be transparent, fair, and upfront so there are no surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by speaking with the customer over the phone to understand the general job scope, goals, and expectations. From there, we schedule a site visit to evaluate the property, review the work needed, and get the customer’s input in person. Depending on the project, we then prepare a proposal that includes the scope of work, materials, and labor. Once the job is completed, we like to walk through the finished project with the customer to make sure everything looks great and any final questions are answered.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of hands-on landscape experience, starting with lawn care and growing into full landscape maintenance, planting, irrigation, and landscape improvement projects. I am also continuing my education in horticulture to better understand plant health, proper plant selection, soil care, and long-term garden success. In addition, I hold a California State C-27 Landscape Contractor License.
