Introduction: I pride myself with only using positive training techniques. I feel that with positive reinforcement, you can only have mutual respect without the fear of associating a repercussion with a negative technique or command. I have also worked alongside veterinary behavorists which has shown me a broad range of behavior issues and the ability to also see when a behavior can be medical. I work by confidence building and the effect of earn and reward and it's extremely rewarding to see the owner-pet bond as it gets stronger and knowing I can walk away with the owner having the knowledge and confidence to understand their pet.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price is set per initial session and discounts are available for additional follow up sessions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial session is 90 minutes which will involve discussing the issues and will start the training process. Typically a follow up will be recommended and additional, depending on the severity of the situation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned an Associate's in Veterinary Technology with a focus on behavior in 2012. Prior to college, I began working with shelter animals, helping to train and socialize to help them get adopted. Following college, I was benefited with the opportunity to be a Behavior Consultant within a veterinary hospital.
