What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Complete a discovery call, determine an initial number of sessions to meet goals, craft a custom embodiment practice and coaching structure to support their growth toward goals. Meet weekly and assign omwork to sustain progress between sessions.

YA-200hr Yoga Certified, Reiki Master Teacher Certified, EMBODY Leadership: Facilitators & Mentors Program Graduate, Graduate Certification in Project Management, Personality Index for Management training
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I found myself in a career and life I wasn’t passionate about and realized I had already made it to where I thought I wanted to be and didn’t find the happiness and successful feeling I thought I would get. I re-evaluated my life and found the tools and training to shift my life towards living with more passion and fulfillment and now help others do the same.
