- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a Teen I started working out just doing 600 push-ups and 600 sit-ups a day, something simple lol. As i started to see more and more results my interest in fitness grew. Friends of mine started asking for tips and that's how it Started.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Whatever Fitness Goal you have it CAN be reached. Whether you want to be able to do 20 push ups straight for the first time in your life, or run a 5k it can be achieved. I help people break through there own barriers and limitations to become more Active and Healthy. Most people come to me about Weight Loss and Meal Planning. The Main thing is simplifying Meal Choices, Learning how to make healthier decisions when put in different situations.e.g Eating at a Air Port, Out at a Restaurant and on the Go. The Weight Loss Side is Done Through Full Body Circuit Training. Getting As Many Muscles Involved In each movement burns more CALORIES. I Also do a'lot of Boxing and Kick boxing, Strength Building and Sports Performance for Teens.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Try out as many Fitness Pro's that you can until you meet one that is in sync with you and what your trying to accomplish There are two types of trainers: The ones who truly have a passion for helping others and The ones who just do it for a paycheck
