I am taking the time to write this review to let anyone know that’s reading this that this company is stellar. In the spirit of full transparency, I wasn’t sure if my family and I wanted to go with this company at first because it was a bit more expensive than we had anticipated. Then, enter Joey Licata Jr. this man went above and beyond any expectations I could have for a company. First off, our roof was damaged due to something beyond our control and we submit a claim. The approval process yielded minimal financial results to help with the project that turned out to be more work than we initially thought. We had no idea, until Joeys thorough inspection, that we had hazardous materials that were under the construction of our roof shingles called wood shake and it is actually illegal to continue to use! Joey made multiple attempts to contact our insurance company to make them aware of the issue so that we would get the maximum on our claim and get this resolved to the “bone” of our roof repair. New plywood was installed which is now up to date and legal, we did a full sanitation of our insulation because of his thorough inspection of the house. We had no idea that there was insulation dating back probably 30 years minimally! Because we never went into the attic crawl space, we had no idea whatsoever that there was a potential rodent issue as well (we’d only lived here a few years since buying the home). We were not only disgusted but more-so relieved that this was found so we could rectify everything that needed fixing while their team was at it rather than finding more trouble further down the line. This company is not only worth every penny of the financial investment to our property, we now feel much safer and secure knowing our investment will last multiple decades because of their honesty and ability to protect our family the way they did with the level of thorough care and integrity to excellence.

Very happy with the work. Punctual, professional, took care of the problem in 2 hrs. Price was good. However, we didn’t shop around for cheap labor. Preferred high quality work and material. I worked with Mark and he was great in diagnosing what was going on.

Our price is based on the total scope of the project (labor + rough materials). We offer monthly promotions, and holiday specials (ask us!) We have a no surprise policy.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer an initial free consultation, where we go over the prospective design, budget and expected time frame. We answer all of your questions and/or concerns. Once we have agreed on a course of work, we proceed for a second meeting to finalize the scope of work and set a day to begin construction. Our in-house team of project managers, office coordinator and builders are always there to keep you updated and check in with you every step of the way.

We are a highly skilled and experienced team of designers, architects, builders and project managers who have been in this family business for over 25+ years, and are all licensed, bonded and insured.
