Called Avia with Energy HVAC because my condenser died on me. It was 12pm and we had guests coming over at 1pm and the house was about 88 degrees. Avia told me she would send out a technician within 15 minutes and I was skeptical but boy was I wrong!
Within 15 minutes I had a technician in my home working on my AC. I thought the rush service would cost me fortune but I was wrong. Super fast and with a fair price, I couldn't have asked for better! Thank you Energy HVAC!!

They replaced a capacious at my renters house without informing me of cost. Because its so hot and the renter was complaining they charged me a ridiculous amount. When I questioned them about it the tech removed it making the renter cry thinking it wouldn’t get fixed.
Plenty of honest companies out there. STAY away from these crooks

We were contacted by Tony at 4:19 pm with 103 degree weather and responded at 4:21pm
We sent out our technician at 5pm!!!!!! The technician diagnosed the system (checked filters, Freon levels etc.) he found that the capacitor went out. In order to make sure the unit will work with a new capacitor we replaced it and called him to let him know we found the issue. The cost to replace a capacitor will be $280. He asked if we will be willing to do it at $240 and we disagreed but we’re willing to give him a $10 discount. He disagreed so we removed the capacitor. His tenant was begging us to put it back since like I said it’s 103 degrees. He agreed to pay us and then put this one star review.
Tony I’m sorry this is the way you feel but we did everything in our power to be there on time and we definitely gave you a fair price.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I was very pleased with their service. They came to my house within a few hours of calling them and replaced my AC unit by the next day. Itay and the rest of his team are very professional and a pleasure to do work with. They worked in a very clean manner and their prices are very reasonable. Will definitely use again. Thank you Itay!
