Within 5 minutes of my request for service, Eli contacted me and was at by house about 1/2 hour later. He did an excellent job replacing parts and being very thorough. I’d recommend them and use them again.

Not only were they prompt, they addressed the issues I asked to be addressed. The technician gave me an actual quote on the spot instead of a we’ll see once we begin work runaround. I received a quote from another company that was 10x more for a system “overhaul” they insisted would be more appropriate even though all I needed was for the drainage line to be flushed and the refrigerant to be topped up. It’s hard to find transparent and competent contractors like Highway HVAC. Finally a HVAC technician I can recommend.

Eli was amazing. Sunday afternoon on a hot day, he showed up, was friendly and professional, and solved our problem (turns out it was a fuse in a strange place) and now we'll sleep well tonight!

My ac was broken in the middle of summer heat and couldn’t even work. I called them and explained my urgency. They stopped by like in a couple of hours. Fixed the issue fast. Thanks folks.
