- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Im always looking at different recipes and studying other cuisines. I graduated from the Art Institute in 2012 but that doesn't mean schooling is over for me.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Cooking is something I truly feel I was born to do. I always been fascinated with this art. When I was a child; when I know my mother would be providing a big dinner or have a party. I would always be by her side helping. When I got my first food service job. Cooking on that line really made me say "This line of work is for me"
- What types of customers have you worked with?
When I cook for my clients I provide a set of meals that last several days conveniently in the refrigerator. I shop for the ingredients, prepare a meal plan for the week. and when I finish cooking I clean the kitchen thoroughly.
