As an apartment manager, I’ve worked with many vendors, and Tony truly stands out. He and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and very detail-oriented. They helped us address a challenging plumbing situation and took the time to ensure everything was done thoroughly and correctly. I really appreciated their communication, professionalism, and attention to detail. Highly recommended.

The contractor, Tony, was great with my elderly dad, for whom he was doing a complete bathroom rebuild and some other safety-related projects. Many service professionals don't have the knack for working with much older clients because it requires extra patience but I was impressed with Tony. And then that kind of thing trickles down from the top, so his workers were also very patient and respectful, even when my father would have trouble explaining what he wanted or would go off on tangents. If you are older and concerned about being rushed or disrespected by a contractor, or if you're helping an elderly family member secure this kind of work, I definitely recommend Tony.

If you are needing semi-minor to massive house/building restoration (or even full build from the ground up!), you are in excellent hands with TONY at Precise Building & Restoration. He is a licensed contractor who truly cares a lot about his work and his clients—not typical of all contractors, who often only care about their bottom line. Tony isn’t like that, and he has a heart of gold.

In addition, he’ll honestly tell you what needs to be done and will deliver a fantastic final product. As you can see from my pics, one side of my home was crumbling (it was 99 years old) and likely would not have survived one more massive rain. Tony and his chosen crew did an outstanding job. The transformation was amazing!!

If you are searching for a reputable contractor and bid, you MUST include Tony in your mix. You will see what I mean when you meet him.
Hope this helps in your home reno endeavors.
