We just had our first experience with remodeling our kitchen and Top leader Construction did not disappoint! Ron, knowledge, guidance and patience throughout the project made the experience very pleasant. We had many questions since this was our first remodel and they were friendly, trustworthy and responsive. Everyone including the contractors and installers had an impressive attention to detail and their workmanship was top notch! We are so thrilled with the end result and highly recommend them!!

We recently had our master bath remodeled by Ilan and Top Leader Construction, and have only positive things to say about our experience.
Ilan was very professional and knowledgeable, and was personally involved in the entire project, from initial consultation to final punch list. He communicated with us on a daily basis, and was always available to answer any questions or concerns.
Ilan's team of contractors and their crews (demolition, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, tile & stone, painting, flooring) are quality craftsmen. They were very courteous and diligent, showing up when scheduled and treating our home with respect. The work was completed on time and with minimal disruption.
We were very pleased with the entire process, and are thrilled with our new master bath. We can’t recommend Top Leader highly enough, and we will definitely use them for our future remodeling needs.

We had a fantastic experience with Top Leader Construction on our home remodel - so much so, that we have recommended them to friends and family and plan to use their services for exterior work. We interviewed several different contractors and immediately felt comfortable with Ilan. He has incredible attention to detail. We have particular taste, and Ilan understood what we were looking for and came up with some great ideas. When problems arose, Ilan dealt with them promptly, transparently, and in a cost-effective way. He worked well with our designer for the project as well. We couldn’t be happier with our remodel and our beautiful home.

Top Leader did a phenomenal job with my apartment renovation. I had purchased a fixer upper that needed complete new bathroom and kitchen in addition to small fixes overall. Ron didn't just do a great job making the place look beautiful, he was very fair with his rates and completed the project on time (these are some of the pain points with other contractors I have worked with). If you are looking for any home improvement projects, look no further. Thank you Ron! We will definitely be working together in future.

This was my first experience going through something like this, and I am happy I found this company. Whenever I needed a suggestion he was always available, and always on the lookout to make sure the job was done right.
