I had a solid experience working with Floor Coverings International for my flooring project.
Communication throughout the process was good. I appreciate Taylor for staying in touch, keeping things organized, and answering questions promptly from start to finish. I understand it's a difficult to give a very clear answer sometimes.
The design choice turned out well—the floor looks great in the space and feels good underfoot. Quality flooring and proper installation definitely come at a higher price point if you want things done right, but the end result was good value for the cost.
Overall, I'm satisfied with the work and would recommend Taylor and Floor Coverings International to anyone planning a flooring update.

Floor Coverings International of Van Nuys did absolutely AMAZING work throughout the entire process. Taylor and Annette were so helpful, great communicators, efficient, professional, and kind. Taylor brought his mobile showroom to our house and made the entire process easy for us. The end result was exactly what we wanted (carpet for a remodeled room). Their prices were also under all other quotes I received. Their customer service was top notch. Truly amazing.I HIGHLY recommend them for any and all floor covering needs.

Taylor was extremely professional and patient. He arrived when he said he would and when I had to push date back a few times, once due to weather and another for personal reasons, he totally understood. When we got the quote there were no surprises and no hidden fees. It was exactly as we agreed on.Annette was very kind and was a pleasure to communicate with. She came out a second time since they thought they had a better product close to what I had picked. Which I absolutely loved and chose.His crew was kind, on time, personable and very professional. They know their jobs and clean up afterwards.Thank you so much and I would highly recommend this company. I will definitely call again if I need any further services as well.Loving my new floors!! Could not have asked for a better experience!!!! Taylor is a real down to earth person who made something intimidating extremely easy and effortless! The floor came out PERFECT!!!! The installation crew did it in one day with no cut corners & everything looks perfect! Could not recommend them enough!!! Ill be sending all my friends their way!!!!!

We offer the in-home shopping experience. One of our design associates will show up at your home with a van containing over 3000 samples. You will see larger samples in your own home with your own color schemes and lighting. Our experts will help you pick the perfect products for your long term happiness.
