- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates are based on the nature of the job. we work a 4-5 hr work days once the customer decides to use our services there will be a $100 deposit (non-refundable) must be made to hold a spot on our calendar - *WE DO NOT* accept personal checks or credit cards. Only Cash, Zelle or Venmo - Payment must be made at the end of each work day. - lf a payment is late there will be an additional $25 per day charge - You must give a 24 hour notice of a cancellation - Any last minute cancellations will forfeit your deposit
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There's no real training in this type of work it's all based on personality, customer service and learning each clients needs.
