Bio~
Originally from beautiful Vancouver BC, Allyson's first love was dance which is where she learned all the skills she now applies to her speaking and coaching. Her endless love is the passion she feels to embrace and help others. Experiencing these feelings from deep within, Allyson decided to study psychology at the University of British Columbia, and even at this early stage, she was quite skilled at assisting others mange their state. On a whim she randomly auditioned for a performing arts school and was awarded a scholarship to the American Academy of Dramatic Arts which is located in Los Angeles, California. Upon graduation, Allyson performed in several theatrical productions, TV shows and films. She created, produced and hosted a magazine style show for the WB which focused on entertainment, nightlife and special events.

Allyson is one of the loveliest, most professional and positive people I have ever met in my entire life. I have been through the most traumatic last 3 years of my life, fighting for my kids and my livelihood in a never ending divorce. I had been at the end of my rope, losing my business and my mind, and then I have started working with Allyson. Every time I am in a session with her she reminds me of all the wonderful things that I have to be grateful for, teaching me how to use my pain towards giving back and helping others. She has also been heaven sent during these quarantine weeks, again helping me see the silver lining. She has an amazing story and a power of survival that I rarely see and all she wants in life is to help others feel empowered and she has the tools and knowledge to do it. I love you Allyson and I owe you my sanity and my strength to keep enduring and come out a winner on the other end of all of this.

Allyson is incredibly positive, and her enthusiasm is infectious! She has an uncanny ability to move you out of your frustration/depression/anxiety/fear into a more hopeful state of mind. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is based on the individual and where they are in their journey. The first session is based on gathering information and listening to my clients' challenges, wants and needs. Other factors I take to account are their emotional state, thought process and physical condition. Once assessed, we mutually discuss a plan that works for both of us and then we start the work. My goal is to offer strategies one can apply to help make everyday purpose driven, fulfilling and triumphant. Positivity is a key factor in conquering any challenge and I can attest from experience that how you approach problems is paramount in how to resolve issues and ultimately achieve success.
I provide a safe and comfortable space that allows one to feel free to say whatever is on their mind, discuss issues however personal and confront what is holding them back from living a life full of joy,meaning, and abundance. There is no judgment, only support, compassion and empathy.
