Introduction: The first thing I do when we meet is to discuss your goals and what you want to achieve through pilates. We'll go over any injuries or issues you might have experienced in the past and plan a pilates routine that will benefit you the most. Whether you a seasoned athlete, recovering from an injury, or simply need to stretch and strengthen, pilates is right for you. I'm easy to communicate with and down to flexible. My knowledge comes from over 8 years of teaching and a 12 month certification process in Pilates and anatomy.
We will work as a team and around your schedule to make sure we reach your potential.
I love meeting new people and working to make you happier than you were before we met. My favorite part is when you can do something you never thought you could, like touch your toes! And to my more fit clientele, I love pushing you out of your comfort zone and having you feel muscles you didn't know existed.
