Her nursing background has provided a solid foundation for her to interpret injuries in a metaphysical way. She has a home office, and charges $50 per session. You can also have a session with Katie's reiki master at the same time, two practitioners for $90.

I had injured my elbow pretty badly on a door knob and felt a crazy shooting pain go up my arm and fingers. Sending surges of heat and a tingling feeling especially in my hand and fingers. I've never experienced hitting a nerve like that before. The next day my arm still felt very tender and Katie was kind enough to perform Reiki on it. (This is something I've never experienced as well.) Once she was done my arm instantly felt better and the tenderness seemed to disappear. I was never quite a skeptic, but I definitely believe in this healing method and could feel her energy. It was such an awesome experience and I would recommend anyone to try it!

I had been in the car for an 8 hour trip and was very stiff. Katie was very gentle and seemed to understand just where my body needed work. I felt very relaxed and the pressure in my back subsided. She was also able to identify some spots that I didn't even realize were hurting and was able to ease them.
