Sunny responded right away with a good attitude and an excellent quote. The work was completed in the timeframe he laid out! Not only did he do a great job, he is insured, has a staff! He also communicated the progress and walked us through the finished work. I plan to hire him over and over again! They painted, patched holes, cleaned the sump pump drainage, removed spider webs from all the windows, repaired toilet seats, re-glued molding, and much more!
