Introduction: I teach in a large studio with a great mike and Bose sound system. I teach all styles except opera. I teach students that they can do everything (and they do) I feel like a proud mother when my students do great things, or even, if they never sang and then sound fabulous. I love being able to help people learn to be better and what THEY love.

I've had many voice teachers, but Terri's techniques have benefited me the most. The exercises that she taught me to do were exactly what I needed. I had been singing for a while already before I went to her, but I never really had the range that I wanted. Of course I had to be willing to sound funny at first because what she taught was so new to me, but it was well worth the uncomfortable sounding practices. She would tell me that I could pretty much sing anything I wanted, and i didn't believe her...but now I can. I have so much control over my voice now because of the positions she's taught me. Not to sound so "infomercially", but I really did enjoy my classes with her. =) Too bad I live 2 hours away...but I would definitely recommend her to anyone who was looking for a vocal coach. Love her!

Terri is a fantastic and very patient teacher/mentor. I was very shy, and could not sing at all. I had trouble even screaming. She was very kind, and her methods work. I got a practice tape to use in the car, when I practiced I got better. My pitch got very good. I understood how to place the sound and I know physically what is happening. I became confident enough to sing with my students in the classroom. She made me sing many different types of music. Her instruction and positive encouragement helped my self confidence. It also helps with speaking foreign languages as well. You can hear the pitch and inflection. She has a great sense of humor and I enjoyed every lesson.

Terri is a great voice teacher. She knows her stuff, but more importantly, she's super supportive. I had very little confidence in my voice when I started with her, and now in the new year, I'll be releasing my first CD. I highly recommend her!

Terri is a really talented technician who has helped me access a larger, stronger range vocally. I came in with lots of tension issues holding me back and she's given me tools to get out of my own way and find a real ease and joy in my singing. She has a lot of energy and unending passion for you and your voice. I've had 8 voice teachers over the past 20 years (in 5 different cities) and she has made the most critical difference for me. Everyone needs something different in a teacher, but it is Highly Recommended that you at least try a lesson with her.

It was fate. I was told from the time I was 9 that I'd be a teacher in my mid forties and I never believed it, thenâ¦. my late forties came along andâ¦ the rest is history.
