- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
New WordPress Website Development - Fixed Price (must inquire for quote) Half of the total quote is required as deposit at the start of the project. | WordPress Website Updates / Additions / Maintenance - $50/hour $250/day (max 8 hours in one day, must be in the same working day) | Payment accepted through PayPal or check by mail.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone or Email I usually send some demo WordPress themes for examples to get an idea of what type of design and functionality you would like. If you have sites you would like me to reference, I would find demos that match your examples. Once we narrow it down, you have the option of receiving a custom design or using one of the example themes which would be an additional cost (usually ranging from $40-$60). Once the project is completed, I offer a 1 hour tutorial free of charge to show you key aspects to manage the site on your own or I can continue to manage and maintain the site for you at an hourly rate.
