- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a free consultation and a special introductory offer on first time bookings. I also offer special rates on seasonal and yearly commitments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will provide the client with a free telephone or Skype consultation at their earliest convenience. Following the consultation, I will provide them with a short style questionnaire to fill in. This will provide me with a fully comprehensive profile, so that I can be best equipped to design a package suited to their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To become stylist, I got 'on the job' training from an early age and assisted a number of renowned fashion stylists in London. In the process of assisting, I became fully equipped to manage my own projects and throughout my career I have styled forTV and film, music videos, celebrities and worked for many fashion magazines. One of my favourite aspects of what I do is personal shopping because I get to create full transformations in people and I see first hand how deeply impacting and rewarding that is for them and their life.
