The team at Ready Homes did a fantastic job renovating our bathroom. They took everything down to the studs and built out a beautiful new bathroom, with amazing tile work. Ted kept all the work on schedule and on budget, at a great value. I’m so happy with the results. Our next project is an ADU, and Ready Homes is doing it for sure!

I worked with Ted on a smaller renovation project and was really impressed. He’s smart, efficient, detail-oriented, and easy to work with. Everything was thoughtfully done and executed with care. I’ve also visited and stayed at a few of their larger luxury rental properties in Scottsdale and San Diego, and they’re incredible- creative, beautifully designed, and finished to a high standard. You can tell a lot of experience, care, and attention goes into every project.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Ready Homes offer competitive pricing that provides the most value for your money spent. We offer discounts and rebates for clients who refer us business. We don't do discount work and we don't charge discounted prices. Our team can work within budgets to find ways to bring your vision to reality and we have several financing options.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a quick 15-30 minute intro call with the client to hear about their project and confirm we will be a good fit. Next step is an onsite meeting where we will discuss the project more in depth and provide you with an initial pricing expectation within 48 hours of that meeting. Once you have reviewed our rough scope . From there we begin your project immediately.
