Tomas is brilliant. Somehow he brings ancient wisdom, intuitive healing, and love into his delicious cuisine. I reached out to work with him almost immediately after being diagnosed with early heart disease. We spent a lot of time going over my medical history, my symptoms, my diet, my lifestyle. It was so holistic. We then initiated gut health microbiome testing. Based on my personal needs Tomas curates the most delicious meals for me and my family. I have lost weight and feel amazing. All while eating the most fulfilling meals most nights of the week. I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful human. He’s changed my life!
