- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Choosing a Service: I help you select the right package — photos, video, drone, 360° tour, and more. 2. Scheduling the Shoot: We agree on a convenient date and time. 3. Discussing the Property: I learn about the property’s key features, areas to highlight, and ensure it’s ready for the shoot. 4. Confirming the Details: We finalize the address, time, shooting format, and any specific preferences. 5. The Photoshoot: I conduct the real estate shoot with attention to detail and quality. 6. Editing: I retouch and color correct the images. Final photos are usually delivered the next day. 7. Delivery: The final files are sent via secure cloud storage. 8. Feedback: I welcome your feedback and can make adjustments if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied at a university of culture and arts in Russia, where I gained a strong creative foundation that continues to support me throughout my professional journey. Photography started as a passion and gradually became my career. Along the way, I also earned a degree in UX/UI design and worked in the field of user interface development. My visual experience, sense of composition, and mastery of design tools help me deliver outstanding results in real estate photography every day.
