FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are based on the complexity of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Fully understanding the creative vision the client has for their project. 2) Based on the client's needs, determining if I'm right editor for a client's project. 3) Negotiating a fee the client and I agree on. 4) Establishing a start date and end date for the project. 5) Delivering the final edited project to the client in a client's preferred codec or output format.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in production lighting on short films, feature films, commercials and music videos. I've also written feature films that were optioned by established production companies and major studios in Hollywood. Short films I've edited have aired on US television stations and Air Canada for inflight entertainment. Recently, I produced and edited the feature film "Wedding Palace". The film was theatrically released in the U.S. and in several foreign markets. Wedding Palace was also distributed as in-flight entertainment on Hawaiian Airlines, Korean Airlines, and Malaysia Airlines. Warner Brothers distributed "Wedding Palace" on all major cable network channels for VOD, and the film is now available for download on Hulu, Amazon and iTunes globally.
