I consulted other companies in the area purporting to be "full service" & they had me running to other mold testing companies like some sort of mold shill (adding more work & stress for me). Mark from Pearl Bay had decades of experience and it showed in his easy consult with me. He was refreshingly honest - he told me that I didn't need the 'dog and pony show' of the other competitors for my problem. He was right - while other companies I called gave me the run around - Pearl Bay was no nonsense & a breeze to work with. Adam & Evie, the two staffers I worked with most, were phenomenal - always easy to reach & talk to - wonderful people with tons of professional knowledge. I can't think of any other company that has gone to such lengths to help me. When I couldn't find a single storage unit in the area (due to the college move out season), Evie at Pearl Bay offered to help store my items for me safely. Not only did they do a phenomenal job - they actually went above and beyond & made my life so much easier during a difficult time. Yelp doesn't have enough stars for this - hire them & you won't need to worry anymore."See more
