Introduction: I have over twenty years of graphic design experience with nationally distributed special interest magazines. I have a large portfolio of freelance and pro bono art design, as well. I have extensive experience in working directly with clients and translating their ideas to finished advertisements. I am well versed in printing industry standards and working with printers and have an exemplary record in meeting deadlines.
My design work includes print display ads for magazine and newspaper, insert cards, media kits, sell sheets, digital ads, promotional mailing pieces, broad distribution e-mail, invitations and logos. I recently created illustrations for a children's book.
I am proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator; Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint; and 3D Issue.

I've worked with Celeste for over a decade in the Publishing Industry (Magazines -- we had up to 6 different titles that all had to be completed, most on a monthly-basis), and deadlines don't wait/care. My point is that she did a magnificent job at A.) Keeping all the editorial AND advertising staff on their-toes to make sure that they (we) met our deadlines! B.) Then putting all of these pieces (stories/editorial + ads, both in-house and paid-ad-space) together to still get the whole-package TO the printer on time!
She's very knowledgable on all things related to graphic-design, and her people/staff/management-skills are top notch as well.
In my capacity as Advertising Director with Rock&Gem Magazine, I worked with Celeste for over a dozen years.
She was great in interpreting advertiserâs objectives and her design work was excellent. Celeste always went the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Celeste has designed the promotional materials for The Ventura County Women's Forum Collaborative for many years: logo, e-blasts, flyers, save-the-date postcards, programs and invitations. Her designs are attractive and always capture the essence of the program. She is professional and easy to work with.
