- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I look forward to working with you on a creative collaboration to create your vision. My main 2 questions to bear in mind, when pricing a project, will be these: wall accessibility & wall surface/ texture. Skill levels required of artistic technique is the next option to consider: this is simply the choice of the customer. All skills levels of artistry can be guaranteed, 2 price points can be given, from a higher artistry level to a more simplified design, to give you options, consideration and to accommodate you within your required budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, you can send me a photograph to get an idea of wall surface and location, or depending on the job, I may come do a quick site-check in person if it’s a large scale. After our general quote and our discussion of ideas and your vision, I will send a digital mock-up/ visualization of how it will look on the wall, once painted. (We can take up to 3 redesigns) When you give the ok & approval for the design, we set the date, and I get to work!
