Introduction: I do interior/exterior new construction and remodeling. I use brush and roll spray in painting. Preparation is the key.
I also do stucco, patch, woodwork and stain. I do mask tape, drop areas, caulk, seam and re-glaze windows. Bidding the job includes time and material (T&M).
