I contacted Cast construction for a free estimate for a 6ft fence. They were very prompt in getting back with me, this was on a weekend. I had an appointment made for two days later, they were on time and Ashley and her assistant were very friendly and professional. They took the time and answered all my questions and concerns when I'm ready for the project I will be calling them back I highly recommend Cast construction.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a Credit Card processing fee of 3%.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will reach out to get information about your project and schedule a time to see what you want to do in person.
Second, we will work up a price to do your project and send it to you. The estimate could take 1 - 3 days depending on the size of the project and if there are any holidays during this time period. The price we give you is only good for 6 months from the date on the estimate and for what is was material was originally agreed upon.
Third, if you proceed with our project. We will require an initial payment which will be stated in your estimate with the payment schedule for your project.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My family was in construction when I was growing up, I helped them in there business. Then I connected with a few developers in the local area and did most concrete work for them. Eventually, I got my own license and started working for myself.
