I install and replace PC and laptop hardware (system boards, mother boards, RAM, hard drives, power supplies, media devices and graphics cards). I specialize in operating systems and software like Windows operating system installation and management (XP, Vista, and 7)(both 32 and 64 bit), Windows 8, server installation and management (2000, 2003, 2008 and 2008 R2), rebuilding/re-imaging of computer systems via CD and Windows Deployment Toolkit, Microsoft Office Suite (2003, 2007, 2010 and 2012), (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote, Visio and Project), Windows patch management, Microsoft Lync Server, Adobe Acrobat/Reader, antivirus/anti-malware software (AVG, Symantec, and Malwarebytes) and Oracle Database Creation/Administration. I have the following networking skills: advanced understanding of Windows server administration roles such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file/print services, Microsoft Exchange, remote access (terminal services IE RDP, VNC and VPN setup and configuration), Office 365 administration, phone system management and spam filter management.
