Dishonest individual. Quoted us a price of $120 ($100 base + $20 for printing) for home loan documents. When she found out she could charge more from Escrow, increased her pricing to the maximum allowed in the Escrow documents to $250. Changed her pricing on her website purposely after charging us more. Did not inform us of this change and we were stuck paying more than what was originally agreed upon.

Christina has helped me on many occasions with my many Notary needs. She is pleasant, professional and informative. I recommended her to 3 other family members and several of my friends and she sometimes charged them LESS than qouted. She always gave them the same courteous friendly service. I recommend her to everyone I know and I will ONLY use HER services for Notary ever again. She is very trustworthy and absolutely worth the call.

Christiana provided exceptional service at a fair price. I had a complex legal case that required a notary because the elderly clients were physically unable to make it to court. With Christina taking an oath and acting as notary, we were able to hold court remotely in the clients’ house. Christina arrived early and stayed late to make sure that all of the documents were completed. She was also compassionate and patient with the elderly clients. Her service made it possible for us to keep an elderly couple from getting evicted from their home.

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

My background is in real estate and I graduated from VVC with an degree in Business Real Estate. Over time in the Real Estate business, I found that there has always been a need for notaries and I felt that not only was it something that I could be great at, it's also something that I felt I would really enjoy doing. It's not just my job, its what I do and a huge part of who I am. I am a Certified Loan Signing agent and have taken the courses that has made me feel very confident when reviewing and notarizing your documents. Over time, business has grown and I have also moved into serving documents to inmates in prisons and taking documents to be recorded at the county recorders office.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

The most common type of notaries that I perform are loan signing packages for escrow companies. These range from New Loan packages to refinances to short sale packages. The second most common request tends to be for notary and document serving services for inmates in our local detention facilities. I also do a lot of "simple" notaries that include Grant Deeds, Power of Attorneys, consent forms and birth certificate requests. If you have a different document that needs notarization, just let me know and I will be more than happy to do the notary for you or refer you to a different Notary who will be able to help you out.
