- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The State of California has set the rate and it is currently $15 per signature.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a friendly greeting when you enter, direct you to have a seat at the notary counter, request the documents that require notarization along with valid government ID. We will help you identify the documents that need notarzation and ask you to sign the document(s) in front of us. Please leave all signature lines blank if you are not sure which ones need a notary. Note that we are not qualified to answer specific questions on documents and we cannot issue opinions on the validity of documents. If you have legal questions or are unsure or uncomfortable with a document, please seek the advice of a lawyer before visiting us.
