FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No I do not have standard pricing. The reason for that is because each project is different in size, location and intended use. Therefore, I choose to look at each project individually and price it out according to the time and resources required to do the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a small business owner, I favor personal contact with the client. As I have the opportunity to see the project and hear the client, I am able to use my education and experience to provide the client with a product they are happy with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have officially been in the business since 1979. Prior to that, I helped my father on construction projects as soon as I could get in the truck. In 1979, I joined the Carpenters Union and recieved training for four years through a State approved apprenticeship program. While working as a carpenter, I also attended night school and acquired my AA degree at Fresno City College. After working about ten years in the trade as a carpenter, foreman and superintendent, I returned to College (CSUF) and studied construction management. While in college, I also acquired my contractors license and have held it since 1987.
