- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I create custom prices for each customer. I have a base price that I start at and depending upon the scope of the work and what services the customer wants that number gets customized.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start off with a consultation call. This is done via Zoom. We meet on Zoom to discuss the needs and goals of the business and/or individual. This helps determine if we are a good fit for each other. If everyone is in agreement then I craft a custom proposal that is sent to the customer. Once the price has been agreed upon and contracts signed then we can get to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bookkeeper Launch Certification, as well as being a Certified Bookkeeping Professional and a Certified ProAdvisor. I also have my CTEC through the State of California which certifies that I have passed a course and test regarding tax preparation knowledge and skills. I am always learning and so am always on the lookout for new information regarding bookkeeping, accounting, taxes, and finances.
