Rudy is hands-down one of the best HVAC technicians in San Diego. After a nightmare experience trying to get a new 5-ton system commissioned with another company, I can say with certainty that Rudy’s ability to diagnose complex mechanical problems is better than anyone else I’ve seen in the industry.
An overwhelming majority of AC companies are run by owners who never show up for an install or a service call. They often don't even bring their own diagnostic equipment to the site, choosing instead to hire out subcontractors to do the actual work. **Not Rudy, and not AC Man.** Rudy is the owner of the company, yet he is also the lead technician on the ground. He arrives fully equipped, gets into the weeds of the technical data, and stays until the job is done right. Seeing an owner take that much personal pride in the precision of an installation is rare and incredibly refreshing. I am so thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and expertise. AC Man did an outstanding job today. Jessie and Leo were the technicians who handled the work, and the experience was truly one of a kind. They took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions without rushing, and were completely honest about what was needed versus what wasn’t. You could tell they genuinely cared about doing the job right, not upselling. Professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend AC Man to anyone looking for quality HVAC work done with integrity.
Rudy is awesome I highly recommend his company. My A/C broke during this heatwave and he promptly fixed the problem . His prices are very reasonable.
