The technician, Andre, responded within a few minutes of my request and was at my home within two hours. He was friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable and professional, and had my two airconditioning systems checked and fully functioning to full capacity in about 90 minutes. Great service. I would certainly use this company in the future, and recommend it and this technician to my friends.

I contacted the company about fixing my hot water heater. They answered promptly and gave me an appointment the very next day. My husband came home from out of town & fixed the problem himself. The company was very professional and polite when I informed them that I would have to cancel my appointment. They said it was no problem. I truly appreciated that!
