- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
its difficult, and often inaccurate, to give estimates over the phone so i prefer to set an appointment to meet in person and discuss the project. im very flexible and dont mind meeting on weekends if thats more convenient for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ive worked in the trades most of my life. learned the basics from my dad then built a deep skill-set over many projects from new-build residential and remodel to custom cabinetry, furniture and fine finish work.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
get three bids and take the guy in the middle.
